Did you know: View Virtual Directories / Applications in IIS 7 / 7.5

by vivek 12/7/2009 2:38:22 PM

In IIS 7 / 7.5 you now have an option to view all the Virtual Directories or Applications in your website. By default in Content View, you see all the Files, Folders, Virtual Directories and Applications in your website. If you have lots of Applications / Virtual Directories in your website, you now have the option to sort your view.

  1. Open IIS Manager
  2. Click on the Web Site (Default Web Site in our case)
  3. In Actions pane, click View Applications to see all the applications in your website

  4. In Actions pane, click View Virtual Directories to see all the virtual directories in your website

Hope this helps.
