The extensibility of Visual Studio keeps surprising me. Did you know that there is an extension called Visual Studio 2010 Feature Pack 2? Well, I discovered it not very long ago. Here is how you can get it, and others…

    Select Tools -> Extension Manager…

    Select Online Gallery and search for feature pack.

    If you are an MSDN Subscriber, you should be directed to a page from where you can download it.
    Download and install it. It is just 2 MB odd.
    Restart Visual Studio and create an MVC Project [just for fun]

    Notice that the Architecture menu will have two more menu items at your disposal…
    Select By Web Site with Code Dependencies.
    Click on the image below to a sample output.

     Fantastic! Did I say earlier… this is just one feature of the "Feature Pack"? Smile
     Read more about it here and here.

Hope it helps!

Until next time, Wave
